Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My day to day tasks are to provide customers with extraordinary care and detail, providing the best services in the industry. Every job that is taken on is done to the high standards that should be set, inspiring and uplifting each and every single customer. My day to day tasks include tyre checks, tyre changes, brake checks and other safety and repair orientated tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my course/programme very much, it has given me many opportunities have benefited myself and my family immensely.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt many skills since been taken on as an apprentice such as: punctuality, communication skills, knowledge and application skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is structured to a good extent, everything flows smoothly.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive brilliant support from a very thorough support system, there are people to always speak to if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
My training provider is good, however the lessons are not very structured. As an example, I am only just now going through theory lessons I should've done months ago, the content of these lessons are good though.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My qualification helps me immensely through my training provider as I am learning theory based content, backing up any knowledge and methods I may have learnt. Everything is concreted, therefore increasing my understanding.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
I don't know, I am not aware of any if there are.
