Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role currently sits mainly with the operations business development team but I also spend some time every week with the marketing team, specifically looking at CRM. Every day is different - working across both the operations and marketing teams, a day can include a variety of meetings and identification of development opportunities and implementing these opportunities through working with suppliers and key stakeholders
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as there is lots of opportunity and I get to work with a large number of people to develop and implement new ideas and efficiencies

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly learning new skills, these range from project management to detailed customer relationship management skills. With each project/ opportunity there is a chance to develop current skills or learn new ones
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structure with 1 day of study a week followed by 4 days working - with the study day remaining consistent it provides structure, however the expectation of how I complete my study outside of the study day is more fluid and up to me
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my employer, particularly both managers in both of the teams I work across
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

After the 1 study day a week there is the opportunity to reach out for support from the training provider from both the tutors and training coordinator if needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Lots of fundamental work place and business management principles are learnt through the training provider and some theories and models are then used in the work place, however there is lots of variance around this as well as the work place has digitalised and modernised
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
