Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very organised, training courses are booked in advance. Trip to Wales at the beginning of my apprenticeship was left to be told a bit too last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I feel all support is available if and when needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is efficient. However, my CPA did take a while to get back to me/ mark my end point assessments as she said she was so busy. I believe she was spoken to about that.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Interacting with people is a lot easier since gaining a customer service qualification.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, we work with a charity that you can volunteer to help work for

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
A lot of good opportunities are given in this workplace and there's a job role for everyone to do. Some contracts aren't as great as others so would advise about that. Not being able to have to option to get a car for new employees/ if you switch job roles is a big disadvantage
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
