Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My main objective is to deliver communications to our logistics colleagues around the network. I also govern two meetings with training colleagues.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm enjoying it, it's a challenge which I was looking for. Supporting my personal growth and leadership journey, only 4 months in and learnt a lot already.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, learnt and developed system skills with Canva, Sway, Loop, ClipChamp etc. Learning about power apps. Writing procedures. Learning about neurodiversity and making our communications more inclusive.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme has great structure but I do feel at the beginning it wasn't well organised in giving clear instructions on what we needed to do originally. However, my coach has been an excellent support.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have a brief catch up after every workshop, it's spoken about in 1-2-1s. They have been suggesting ideas on the best time for me to spend my off the job hours. Overall, good support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We get assigned a coach and my coach is excellent. Always makes herself availble whenever she can, replies to my messages when I'm unsure.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The log we have to support logging learnings and shadowing. Has a section where we discuss what we've learnt from the activity and how we will apply what we've learnt to our role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yeah, Co-op always have events going onto get involved in. It's just knowing them in advance to be able to attend which is the challenge sometimes.
