9-5 working hours, with some flexibility! PepsiCo is very strict about not working outside of these hours.
Day to day varies but may include sessions learning about different business functions. Training sessions are also key, such as sales training. Time is spent working on projects. Time is also spent team building - super fun.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
So much! There is a lot of autonomy, you are responsible for yourself. Responsibility may come in the form of leading your team in projects, representing PepsiCo in the field, or even making direct sales.

So many. The internship is very much information overload, lots of new skills are developed throughout the process. Skills include leadership/critical thinking/creativity/public speaking/analytical skills..etc. Lots of skills are learnt and also developed.

So so so so much. They are there for you every step of the way, the support system is amazing. Always multiple people to talk to, very open and supportive community.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The best company culture I have ever seen and I have been working for 6 years. Every intern noticed the same thing, the culture is second to none. Everyone supports one another. Everyone wants to see you succeed.
