I love the on the job training but i do not enjoy the learning/study days as much.

I have always been confident but I there has been times when I have doubted myself. I am learning to trust myself more. I know what I am doing.

It is well organised but something we have too much or too little time for our tasks.

No much. But then I have required any as yet.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer is great and very approachable. However I am unhappy that I am being forced to redo maths.

Yes there are many clubs however there is no time to attend them. Perhaps this will improve in the future.
