Meeting new customers providing them with a service of check in on flights and managing customer safety.Also boarding flights at airside and providing customers with as much information as we can with their flights
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like the program as there’s alot of flexibility in this field. Also every day is a new day. And we meet new customers everyday and we see new problems

Ive gained more confidence since working here and i have learnt new country codes.Also since working here ive gained more patience as i deal with new customers every day.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s a fixed routine as we have 1 study day per month and we have a routine of six days working and three days off.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my colleges and from my managers and if anything i need they are always there for us.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get full support of work at study and in the terminal
