Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Whitbread plc to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I think is a nice place to work, well organised and cares about their people. The salary could be better but is not too bad
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
Just be yourself at work, you don’t need to pretend to be another person as the company is really inclusive and never will judge, we all benefit from diversity as we learn and respect. Managers are people you can talk with, so if you have concerns do not hesitate to talk to them. We work with costumer service so your mind has to be ready to del with all kind of people, just be respectful and patient and understand that some people can have bad days.
