Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

i look after children aged 2-3. i do activities with the children such as arts and crafts and go out on walks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i found it tricky but i had help from my colleagues and managers

i’ve learnt a lot on stages of child development and the EYFS.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was quite well structured with going webinars on topics then a professional discussion on the topic, as well as doing tasks to do with the topic on learning.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i got quite a bit of support as i was struggling to get my off the job hours done. However, it was hard to get work done at work as getting me out of the room was hard for ratio reasons
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I got a lot of help from my trainer assessor. She gave me lots of feedback and help with my off the job hours.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel more confident in childcare and how to do activities and my day to day jobs and interactions benefit the children.
