as an apprentice my daily tasks consist of a rinse and repeat method for tasks such as tyres and simple but important things. on a quieter time of thee day i learn new repairs or tasks that are essential to the job. my responsibilities are the same as everyone else in the garage/centre. This helps me improve within the job and meet standards
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy this programme i wasnt sure if this job was for me during onboarding but i know for sure this is exactly what i want for my career

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

when i joined in December i knew nothing about cars and care repair/care. from tyres to battery testing was all new to me. i also would say my social skills have improved more.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

overall , i think the programme is very organized. i would say communication towards us apprentices could be improved as sometimes I'm only finding out last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a lot of support day in & out from my employer i would say they go above and beyond in some cases.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

whenever i am given something new to learn such as brakes before i go to the training centre my training provider always involves me in the specific subject/topic
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

when going to the inspiro centre in doncaster i think it would be more benefitial to increase the days i learn over there so i have a more thorough learning rexperuience
