I look after all apprentices on programme at Coop.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is an area that I am really interested in and increasing my knowledge will really help us drive our apprenticeship offer across the business.

So many!! Sourcing data, cleansing it and transforming it.

Vert well, I would like a little more 1 on 1 coach support though.

So much, there is a teams group with data champions in I can seek support from.

It's a well structured programme, but my lighter older brain is seeking a little more conversation as opposed on online self led support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Make good use of the apprenticeship team, and never sit on an issue. There are lots of people to support.
