I work in EY as an audit staff and my main responsibility is to perform audit testing, communicate with stakeholders, and offer assistance in the aspect of quality and risk management.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am satisfied with my current programme now as people are very supportive in EY, including the leadership, student team, counsellor, and other colleagues. There are always plenty of changes for learning and improving.

It is worthy to build your awareness of risk and quality management as this is one of the most priorities we are concentrating on. We currently have great achievements in this aspect and this has become a part of our corporate culture.
