Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day to day role included helping and aiding account manager in deal with customer question and issue to ensure that get the most out of the products and services we offer them. I will often work on issues that they may face and need bespoke solution to enable there business to keep moving forward
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme is enjoyable with lots of opportunities with work in order to get to know and understand the business and make a difference within the team. I really enjoy the team i work with and the connections that the programme has enabled me to make work rating 9/10 . The college course side of the programme is something that i dont enjoy as much due the course not being similar to the job role I'm in as a result making it difficult to link however the college is interesting and engaging 6/10

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
One of the key skills I've been able to develop has been the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and customers. This has allowed me to tailor the way in which i communicate with people. I've also been able to develop my social skills to improve friendship and relationships. In addition I've developed more IT skills allowing me to confidently use any IT system given to me

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The course is very well organised with frequent check in with college every 6 weeks to check in on my progress, there are continuous lesson for me to attend with set date and supported structure. My manager also has set up regular contact meeting making it very structured
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Support from ym employer is unmatched. Continued support from many differnet places, whether it will be people from within my team helping me and providing guidance on what to do and where things are, or from my manager helping me deal with issues that have come up and helping me learning ways of working to best fit the work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Support from training provider is lack luster at best. The training provider often will take a while to respond to emails and queries and work that needs to be submitted or will not provide enough clarity on work that need to be submitted, which for me personally has add stress and concern to how im performing and my future
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
The qualification in terms of the role and area of my business that i work seems to have little impact on my role. While some of the behaviours and methods ive been able to learn through the training provider have helped. for example investigation techniques on how to solves issue has been useful however other things around the course like system testing and control of changing and thing in my role which dont happen
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes there are multiple extra-curricular activities available at work ranging from football events in the local area to bingo nights and in addition multiple networking events have been set up for apprentices and for existing colleges
