Solving engineering problems with with immediate containment measures, followed by robust long term solutions. Maintaining admin target trackers, Using CAD, SAP, Excel, 3D Printing, laser Measuring
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My days are busy which is nice as there is always things to do, my team are friendly and were very helpful when joining in order to get me up to speed with how everything works.

Initially a lot of confusion with the job description and structure but now in my 3rd year it is much more organised

Lots of support weather that is day trips to other plants, time to study in work time, 1 to 1 sessions with management
