Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Landside - check in passengers. Check passports and visas. Ask the dangerous good questions. Talk the passengers naked then enjoy their experience.
Airside - Board different flights and let people into the lounge. Deal with problems that they have and enjoy they are happy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the daily job and the experience that has come with apprenticeship. The study days can be a bit boring but they are needed, and the learner provider teacher is lovely.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s is organised, and structured. Well the interview process and application took ages. But once we was in we are in. They are also ensure we are on our best behaviour and up to their standards
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Some support. We have some employers who make more of an effort with us then others. They are all lovely but just some make more time for us.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So much whenever it’s needed they are there. If not the main person they will always be someone
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It’s helps us understand deeper then just the level knowledge
