I love that every day is different and that I can be a border on a Singapore then be a border on an Abuja.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love doing my apprenticeship and I like that every day when I walk into the terminal I get to help thousands of people go on holiday to a wedding or just traveling.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have leaned more customer service skills I have also learned the importance of safety and security in aviation and the importance of following procedures

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My program is very well organised we have two days a mouth completing the apprentiship work that is away from the terminal.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get lots of support from multiple people that help us develop. If we request more shadowing they will allow it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We receive loads of help from loads of people from ba the training provider we also get loads of help when our training provider is at the end of the phone
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I like that we are going to get a grade that we can use not just at ba but at any company in the world.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We can do volunteering and do apprenticeship in the road show
