Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We have to check in customers and check documents. We attend to customer in the lounges. We also can help in the customer service desks if there is any information we can provide. We also board customer to go in there flights.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It is very good if you a passionate about the aviation industry. We learn a lot of things hinge we wouldn’t if we weren’t in this job role. And we meet so many new people.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Being able to talk to strangers in person and over the phone. Communication, confidence, a wealth of knowledge about the aviation industry.

The program isn’t to organised it’s a bit all over the place which some times make it’s confusing but once you understand it you can get around it better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We are very a supported but our employers they help us with what every questions we have.

Out training provided us very supportive helps us with any questions and we have monthly progress reviews which makes sure your on track
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It will give me a further knowledge about the whole industry not just our job role

Yes, however managers don’t reply to emails so we can’t attend
