Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I mentor 9 students all with different needs. I am regularly in their Maths and English lessons, whilst mentoring each student one on one once a week.

There was a lot of responsibility and independence as you are in charge of certain situations and run a lot of clubs.
