I care for the children of Weir Link and case to their individual needs.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed the program however day-to-day life can be draining and also the workload is quite immense.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve learnt how to work in partnership and have professional conversations in and outside of my setting. This apprenticeship has taught me how to work hard and balance a working life but also complete my assignments and be organised.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is quite structured and gives us deadlines and enough time to complete the work however when let me play had main control over the program they did mess things up by bringing in people that were not qualified enough for the role.
