Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
The role involves coming into the depot and working on any flagged faults trackside and maintaining various machines and systems. Overall, it consists of lots of learning, practical and theoretical—some in-person and some online—and learning many new skills every day. The day-to-day work is quite relaxed, but as long as you want to learn new things, there's always work to be done!

5/5
I enjoy it very much, because of the line of work; the environment;the people; and the countless benefits we get.

At the minite ive mostly developed existing skills, due to my backrunf in engineering - but I'm sure I will develop many new skills as the apprenticeship progresses.

Tons of support about everything all the time

5/5
Same here, tons of support and opportunities to get it right!

4/5
The things we learn are relevant to our line of work, so the training definitely helps me perform better at the workplace
