How well organised/structured is your programme?

Lots of miscommunication between department managers and apprentice advisors with regards to working time and shutdowns. College isn't well structured either as we have had the wrong teachers for classes causing delays as well as unclear formative feedback leading to confusion with learning objectives
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my line manager. I don't have a lot of communication with the apprentice advisors but when I do there is always support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Formative assessments are in place where you gain feedback from your coursework to improve. however some lecturers only grade the formatives during working hours which leads to little feedback
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In a manufacturing environment having a higher level qualification in manufacturing allows lots more job roles and opportunities to open up
