Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Arriving to work on time, going to my work station or placement station, completing that days work to the expected quality and going beyond as to set new standards and try to raise those current standards to improve the working area.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its good, there's a few things I would change here and there but in the grand scheme of things they are pretty good

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learnt a lot of physical skills such as how to use the tools but the most significant skills I have learnt are communicative skills where I can talk to new people easier; ad communicate easier and send emails and work related messages more formally.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Overtime it has gotten better and things have become clearer ad things have bee communicated better.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We recieve a good amount of support from the employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We received a lot of encouragement and support but only enough of either as personal responsibility for your tasks is important.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think its taught be to communicate fluently and formally and thats something i do often in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are and there have been extra curricular activities and events. I have just bee unable to attend the majority of them due to various things being on at the same time.

Fantastic place to begin your working journey. Never be afraid to ask questions everyone always knows that you started at some point. Its a big place but you'll get used too it quickly.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
That the hard work pays off and show your keenness as it will show. Managers love to see that an apprentice is keen to learn, progress and expand their knowledge on every task they ae assigned.
