I maintain the paint shop with all jobs from repairing paint robots to tightening door hinges. I work mostly with pneumatics and electrical,
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job roll at work, i like that the role requires methodical thinking and problem solving. However i do not like college and personally the thing i struggle with the most is the hours.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned loads of new skills such as machining, bench fitting, welding and fabrication.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structured at work but college structure is poor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my manager Simon, he is very accommodating and helpful.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive good support from graham the college apprentice coordinator. However i have had lecturers that are less helpful in the past.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps but i feel that a lot of the things we learn is not necessary for my specific job role.
