Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

my job role is to rectify and ensure all parts of the car are within correct specification and criteria before it reaches the customer. this involves all mechanical electrical and trim components
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i thoroughly enjoy both thatcham being my oractical training centre and my work place at rollsroyce. i am always learning new things, creating great experiences whilst being surrounded by a great team.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt many skills to do with repair and maintenance of motor vehicles. analysis of problems and the ability to work to the highest standard.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

So far, it has been organised yet fairly open. most placements routines and events are well organised, some features at the beginning of the apprenticeship such as communication could be improved but all in all im extremely satisfied the the structure i have at work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

when needed, there is always someone on standby whether its hr for apprentice support or department managers. i never suffer from lack of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

always support from my development coach, regular catch ups and again, always there if needed to be contacted.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it has built my confidence around working with cars. given me and insight to reasons behind certain jobs and a more in depth understanding.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not as often, sometimes little football indoor matches the odd future talent quizzes. not as much as there used ti be.
