My role involves working on the production line. I am responsible for completing my takt in time and to a good quality standard.

I have learnt countless new skills during my apprenticeship. Some of them are: Problem solving, defect analysis, communication/collaboration, presentation skills.

The general lay out of college and work days is okay. However, out college courses themselves vary in lengths compared to our apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I think it definitely helps and relates in a lot of ways but there's a lot of stuff i'll never use.
