my role consists of working on the manufacturing line and then placements of quality specialist and other things.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

there is medium for manufacturing because you seem to be put on the line fort longer than said or expected.

problem solving, communication and getting to know managers and other workers with my skills improving in presentations and talking.

the work side of the program is good and offers good support and experience. the structure of the college side is bad with awful experience with learning and teaching. with periods of time not being tought.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get great support from work and they give me good opportunities and experience for working on the line is fine also with polacements are good too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

college is awful they over work us and habve no good communication with work. the teaching is appalling and in certain situations have been awful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my qulification will give me a good edge on other people in other jobs for me to excel.

some but they are during work hours and if you are buzy at work you dont have time.

dont apply for Level 2 lean manurfactoring. not worth the time.
