Requires some chasing and input from apprentice but all round well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Do not use support all that often but it is available if I need it
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Frequent check ins and progress reviews, feel as though support is there from Chichester University if I needed it
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Limited crossover, some modules such as CAD and manufacturing processes do really help.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Plenty of sports and societies to get involved with. Personally I play football on a Thursday

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Be yourself and show lots of interest in the company, both Rolls-Royce and BMW, by researching models, production plants, company outlook and show you know this in an interview. Show willing and show you are keen and you will be a strong candidate.
