It involves maintaining a safe and enabling environment for children. Feeding them meals and providing self care and fulfilling whatever needs they have both mentally and physically, working in partnership with parents and differnt professionals.

I recieve some support. I wish i received more support in getting time out to actually complete my coursework instead of working 40 hours plus any over time and then having to go home to complete additional coursework

Amazing support. My tutor is always available for when i have questions, planning my discussions, setting me work and even is free to reschedule my discussions if something comes up in my personal life.

It is more like a family than a workplace. I enjoy coming to work to see not only the children but the staff as they all treat me with love and respect
