Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
The role involves working on projects typically on large teams to deliver solutions to clients. This may be in transformation, anti-money laundering or conduct risk depending on the project. I have mainly been on transformation projects which involves handling day to day finances, creating pricing plans, invoicing and much more.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy it thoroughly. I think this can be dependent on the project and work you are put on. However most of the time I have enjoyed the programme and work I do.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I have learnt a lot of new skills mainly from the on the job experience. I have developed software skills inclusive of Excel, MS Visio and Power Apps. Furthermore, I have developed my leadership skills massively and communication (both written and verbal).

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Generally it is really well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive lots of support - and even my own counsellor to support my career progression. If ever I have any areas I want to develop in I can ask and receive support developing these
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive lots of support. All the lecturers I have had have been happy to have 1-to-1 time with me when requested and are able to answer any more in depth questions I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel it supports the role - particularly in leadership. Where there are less leadership opportunities offered at my company for an associate rank this gap is help made up by the qualification obtained through this programme
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, we have sports teams for netball and football. Additionally project socials are held around twice a year. Many of the apprentices have made friends with eachother so go out outside of work
