Assistant tax advisor that takes on a range of Admin and Ad-Hoc duties for the team on a regular basis. I assist on projects, taking on the Admin tasks and drafting technicals for review by seniors and management before being delivered to the client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Great learning experience, first few months were slow but things have really picked up. Usually never bored or without work.

Yes, however it is not too pushed in my team. Rather you have to go out yourself and find these social in the broader EY Firm.

Flexible working environment, high quality people, above average pay, great learning experience.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
Be as pro-active as you can during the group evals and interviews. Always best to get to know your interviewers experience there and then piggy back off that.
