Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

working within the financial services industry, for clients of high street banks, insurers, financial houses etc. across operational resilience projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

the learning provider is fully remote which personally i think makes the learning experience dull. however we do get given the opportunity for in person learning once a year.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

mainly skills within the microsoft 365 suite, however i have definitely improved across a wide variety of soft skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is well organised to the extent of firm deadlines and clear understanding of deadlines, schedule and support networks
How much support do you receive from your employer?

work is very supportive with uni, providing numerous angles of support internally and from the learning provider
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

a lot of support is given by the the training provider, they meet with us once a month with our workplace mentor to discuss progress, blockers, and milestones in the apprenticehsip
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

there have been modules in my course that directly apply or give context to projects we work on
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

the office provide a wealth of extra curricular activities through the charity networks. however speaking for sports there isnt anything else other than football or netball which may not apply to all
