Catching up with my coaches and going through my plan of the day with what i will be completing. In my calender i will always have something in their to attend such as a team meeting or a learn and share.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really do enjoy my programme with EY as i find it very interesting and i love all of my daily interactions i have and i like completing the tasks i get sent.

Ive developed many skills since joining EY such as communication skills and technology skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

very well, i have 3 set coaches who are always sending through work for me to complete and i know i can go to at any time, everyone around me is so supportive and knoes exactly what they want out of me and that is the best
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support all the time knowing that i can always go to if needed or stuck on anything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A high amount of support all the time which i am grateful for as they believe in me and my qualifications i want to achieve.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it does benefit in the knowledge side however i dont think it has a massive impact in my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

EY is full of all of these which all look so fun such as cake baking in the office or mug painting and sports events and professional networking events which all look so fun and beneficial.
