Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
2/5
Shadowing people who work on the production line, learn the process for the area I am working in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
To some extent, however, I feel as if I could be doing something that is more relevant to my interests and skill set.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
I have developed further my reading of engineering drawings.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
It could be better, I feel as if I have to sort out things myself if I want to try new things. There isn't a set programme in place for me and not a clear cut plan for my future.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
There are many people who I am supposedly meant to ask for help or assistance, however, I do not feel it is clear who to go to for what, and when I do answers aren't definitive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The college at Chichester is very good and if I ask the training provider for extra help or understanding they are always willing to oblige, there isn't an awful lot I need assistance with there, yet I know it is available for me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I don't feel as if the qualification is totally relevant, however, I don't know what else would be more. It's a hard role to learn for and the qualification does help.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
I haven't been made aware of any so far if there are.
