I have learnt different manufacturing processes and work procedures. How to build cars and adapt to problems

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Placement for the production line could be more structured with placements for the apprentices. And knowing what happens on no production days or days off. Would be better if there was more communication between people.
The work has good structure and it is clear what you will be doing in your job.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good, support weekly meetings to discuss any problems and always open to go to talk to apprentice managers
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Good support from college, always help if you need it and will support you with everything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Good communication and has helped if I am stuck with anything. Explains the different procedures and what we need to do to succeed at work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is school events which you can help in to spread the word about apprentices and give an insight to young learns about what they could apply for and to show what they would be doing within their apprenticeship.
