Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
my role involves working along the production line, in different stations which sees different packages of parts assembled to a main body of the car
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
1/5
I enjoy meeting new people, however I feel that I have been in the same station for too long and am not progressing at the rate I should be

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
2/5
I have learnt about the 5s and different processes involved within a production line such as what TVGs are

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
I don't think that the program is well structured as different apprentices in different departments are excelling in new skills and areas a lot faster than some others, I don't feel I am receiving the support and drive needed from those in higher up positions. The only drive I am seeing I coming from myself and there needs to be a clearer more detailed outline of our time within our apprenticeship, especially at work regarding the split between home department and placements
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
I receive an okay amount of support regarding my place as an employee however when I comes to my progression as an apprentice there isn't much
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a fair amount of support from my training provider with regards to the course and its nice that this stretchers to more personal situations too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I don't think that the course has much on an impact on my training at work apart from some more in depth health and safety knowledge and learning about the 5s
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
There are extra curricular activities to do at work like helping with tours and some professional networking events
