Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure budgets are maintained throughout the construction process. I conduct measurements, analyse financial data, and liaise with Sub-Subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support cost control and procurement. My role also involves preparing reports, valuations, and payment documentation while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
