I work in the pricing team for BMW, this involves many tasks such as updating system changes for a deadline, being involved in projects such as presentations, which can be presented when ready. There are many different interactions and responsibilities that come with this role .
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Since joining, I have really enjoyed my time here. My team have helped further my professional development wherever possible. I would recommend this firm to anyone interested in developing new skills

During my time here, I have developed my communication and collaboration skills by meeting many people across the business as well as presenting my ideas various different times. I have learnt how to be analytical which is a very valuable skill to have.

My organisation is very well structured, all objectives and tasks are prepared well in advance to limit any confusion. Both professional and educational development is therefore, seamless as there are clear set goals.

Certain areas of my qualification helps with my role, modules such as business operations and finance are directly related to my day-to-day work.

The apprentices and I organise weekly catch ups. This is a great way to gain more exposure to other areas of the business.

I have only been here for 6 months but have developed and learnt many new skills which are valuable. I believe this is a great place to grow your career and exceed expectations.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Do as much research on the brand as possible, there are many different interesting projects that applicants wont know about without taking the time to do so. It is also important to keep confident through the process.
