Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as Stakeholder and Social Value Apprentice, supporting the Social Value Manager with stakeholder communications, as well as helping to support and organise various initiatives which allow us to meet our social value requirements, such as community work and local spend.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far I am really enjoying the programme, I feel that the live sessions are interesting and spark discussion, the tutors are supportive, and the online modules are effective and informative.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am further developing my stakeholder communication skills, problem solving and time management skills within my role, as well as learning more about managing social value within the construction sector.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I did have some trouble with obtaining calendar invitations to the live sessions and a few minor hiccups with the onboarding process, however overall the programme is very structured and informative.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Although I am fairly new to the programme I feel the support, beyond a couple of onboarding issues, has been excellent so far.

I feel that my qualification suits my job role reasonably well, as although not all material is relevant, my responsibilities with both social value and stakeholder comms are key aspects of my apprenticeship programme.
