Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I work in the Audit department at EY in London. Daily, we might have a team catch-up meeting or a meeting with just my seniors so that we all know what to be working on. I'll get on with my task during the day, usually Excel workbooks and ask for help whenever needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It is good fun, having a cohort with like minded individuals and being able to challenge myself on the job while being surrounded with experienced professionals. College is fun as it is similar to sixth form, except we have much more independence.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Definitely been able to improve my communication, collaboration and teamwork skills. I've also improved my independence, learning to use existing resources and workbooks to help me on my tasks before I ask for help from my seniors.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Very well structured and organised
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
We have buddy's and counsellors who are more than willing to support us, as well as apprenticeship coaches and our own team colleagues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Very good support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Definitely supports my day to day responsibilities with the technical knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Plenty of social activities, sports teams, and networking events.
