4/5
I have learned a lot of new skills but also built a lot on the ones I already have from previous experiences but mainly for me I have built stronger communication.

4/5
the structure of the programme is organised but if work is not completed then there is a time to get it completed at the end of the year

5/5
BMW give a lot of support and are willing to help you with everything and I am very thankful for them taking me on
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
They do give you support to help you complete your units and this is very good because it allows you to focus on all other things you may need to like the BTEC assignments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
They do a good job but there are some things that they can do differently to allow the student experience to be better and adjust their organisation priorities
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are plenty of activities to do like the football and the charity activities that the plant has put on for the employees experience and getting to network with others in other department.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
it is a great company and it has so many good perks to other companies and not only that they are very understanding in your situations so I highly recommend them.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
I believe that you should do extra activities out of school college or work to develop yourself so there may be a common ground between you and your interviewer to allow yourself to get to know the employer and vice versa.
