My role as a level three quality apprentice allows me to learn academically while also solidifying my knowledge working in an engineering environment at plant Hams Hall. First year entails a year of college where I I have the opportunity to learn all the basic of engineering making me confident for the next up coming years.

Before this apprenticeship I had never really been involved in the practical side of engineering, but with only being at college for six months I've learnt how to operate machinery, how to perform maintenance on fluid power systems and how to programme a PLC.
