Since the start of my apprenticeship i have gained lots of new skills, such as welding, milling, turning and continuing to gain new skills as i progress through the course.

the programme is well organised and structured. allowing you to have enough time on the practical rotations and assignments

there is a huge amount of support for all employees and useful bi weekly meeting offering support
