Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am learning to become an engineering technician and the final role is not yet decided. Day to day activities include practical hands on learning in workshop and studying for a foundation degree. Overall happy but some things could be improved such as communication and time frame for study
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Overall I enjoy the experience, the atmosphere and work culture is very good and fun to work in. Tutors and managers are approachable and answer any questions I have.

I have both developed skills and learnt new ones, both practical and written.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, the only thing that could be improved is communication between training provider, us apprentices and BMW Group.
