To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's very enjoyable and prefer now being on shift.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Improved my welding skills and knowledge of the new technology of the Schuler Press.

It's good and I think it has improved over the years but there's still room for improvement.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot especially recently considering some family issues as of late.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It's alright can definitely be better and communication needs to be better and getting a timely response.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Year 1 helped in developing hands on skills but after that not really a lot

Great working environment to work in, especially Swindon Plant it's like a family as we have smaller work force than other plants.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Be yourself and really there's only 2 things I say you need as an Apprentice. Eagerness to learn and a sense of humor
