my job role on a day to day basis is working alongside maintenance technicians and learning whilst completing jobs in the factory.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy the program a lot because i have met a lot of different people who provide so many different skills.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

i have learnt a lot of different skills, and also developed former skills such as welding. new skills i have learnt is the best way to fault find and working with a lot of different machinery.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think that the program is structured fairly well, however there are some things that could be improved, as in some places there was a lack of work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive a good amount of support and if any extra support was needed i felt comfortable enough to ask for it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i receive enough support to be able to complete the qualification, and during the assignments any help i needed i received.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the qualification provides me with all the knowledge i need to be able to perform better in my role.
