To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme however I am very excited to work in plant and conduct some actual maintenance activities in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of my apprenticeship

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my first year of the apprenticeship I have studied at New College Swindon where I have learnt the fundamentals of engineering.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well organised/structured however I would enjoy some more work in plant during the first year.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a tremendous amount of support from my employer who frequently amends any concerns at the college in an appropriate manor.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

2/5

I receive a fair amount of support from our training provider (New College Swindon), however it is important to note that the gulf in quality amongst the lecturers is large with many lacking the required experience.
