I have learned how to weld and operate lathe machinery as well as being able to wire electronics and solder circuit boards and operating PLC units

very well our managers have carefully put together our 4 year program with every step in mind

The support we receive is massive our boss and other co workers all support us throughout the whole apprenticeship

New college helps us with all the relevant training we need to complete our course work an assignments

Greatly without the work at college i would struggle at work with day to day tasks

we have charity events regularly and also hold apprenticeship evenings at local schools

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
Be prepared to do a lot of work its a hard apprenticeship and you need to be motivated but its all worth it
