Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight can let you meet a lot of successfyl people at EY, they will share their own experience and tell you what their job look like at EY. After this program, you can exactly now the tax at EY includes what, and it is also useful for you to meet good people. Meanwhile, professional skills can also be improved. For example, after this program, you can know what service lines include at EY, and you can decide which lines you want to join most in the future.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
This time i joined the insight program is about women in business regarding to the tax. It helps me to learn more about the career that I want to work with in the future. From this program, i know more about how Tax at EY work and also I learn how to build more confidence during my daily life. I think it is very important in my future career. Also, during this program, i found tax is an interesting area.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have learned a lot from the program. I have already developed my communication skills and teamworking skills. Because when i join this program, we will be divided into differetnt groups. When we talk about case studies in the rooms online, it can become a nice event and talk with different ideas.It a good chance for you to express your feelings and share ideas with ecah other and it also helps you to increase your confidence.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It covers culture diversity and the general atmosphere is quite good and kind. I will feel so nice if i work with this company. The people at EY are all very kind, when you meet problems during the program, you can ask them, and they will work out for you. During the Q&A time, you can ask every question that you want to know, and from this, you can lear a lot about the company.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I feel enjoyful and i think the insight is very interesting. It gives me a good opportunity to meet with different people and communicate with diferent students at the university. It includes some games and study cases, and i think it is very good for me to improve my personal skills. When we do the games, we can experience the fun from the game. Also, through this insight day, i have learned a lot to help me increase my skills.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
Just be yourself and be more confident. When you do the video interviews, you should keep yourself and express your real ideas to the company. You need to do more communication with people, when you have some questions, you can just ask, because it can make you more understanding. When applying to ET, you should know their company, for example, you should learn about how EY contains service lines. And whether it is what you are looking for.
