I'm a third year apprentice, out on placement day to day. I spend my time working with the maintenance associates on site in order to what it is that they do so that I can hope to do it when I finish my apprenticeship. There is also paperwork to complete along side this which allows for me to show what it is that I do day to day and what I am learning.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BMW Group UK to a friend?
Yes
Why?
They are very inclusive and they will support you in what you want to do. Also, it allows you to understand what it is like to work for a larger company. We get the opportunity to train for a good amount of time side by side with the people that we will be working with in the future.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group UK?
It can sometimes feel overwhelming but all of the work you receive, you do get time to complete while you are at work, especially in your first year. Make sure to try your hardest and put the maximum effort in, in order to get the most out of it, but also because you may need to use your work in the future.
