I work in spatial analytics. My day to day includes supporting the property team to make the best possible decision for co-op stores across the UK

I have enjoyed every moment since joining the co-op and look forward to all the learning and experiences going forward.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my skills with excel since joining. I am learning to utilise alteryx designer for a quicker and more streamlined method of manipulating data.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. Modules are assigned and checked on the website and the user interface is interactive and easy to use.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received support every step of the way and feel very fortunate to have a team around me who are willing to take the time to explain and teach.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

QA have been incredible. They have been in constant communication and have assigned members of their team for any issue i may have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have just started but i am sure with all the learning over the next year and a half it will allow me to bring new skills and knowledge to the team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes. I have been involved in conferences which offer great networking opportunities and have joined a running club hosted by a member of the team.
